What
We Do
Everything an agency does reduces to four verbs. Most agencies quietly drop the fourth. Ours is written into the contract.
- Everything an agency can be asked for reduces to four verbs: decide, make, place, prove.
- Most agencies sell the first three. Prove is the one that gets dropped, and it is the one we lead with.
- Engagements run as projects or retainers, at four depths from adviser through to fractional marketing leadership.
Four verbs.
Everything else follows.
We do not sell you a department. A roadshow, a podcast, a rebrand, a market entry and a website are not five different businesses - they are five different answers produced by the same four steps. This is the whole company, in order.
Decide
Before anything gets made, somebody has to say who this is for, what is actually being sold to them, and what single job the work has to do. Most briefs skip this and pay for it twice later. Everything downstream gets cheaper and sharper when the decision is made properly first.
Inside this: go-to-market strategy · brand development and positioning · audience and market research · naming and brand architecture · messaging and proposition · campaign planning · competitive analysis
Make
The work itself - the thing a customer actually meets. We do not restrict this to a format. If the argument needs a website, we build a website. If it needs a product range, a stand, a series or a sound, we build that instead. The format follows the decision, never the other way round.
Inside this: brand identity and design · web and e-commerce build · copywriting · content and editorial · video and photography · podcast and audio · packaging and print · activations, stands and roadshow build
Place
Made work that nobody sees is a cost, not an asset. We put it in front of the right people - paid, owned or earned. We own twelve magazine editions circulating in twenty-four countries, which means part of your distribution is already ours: no reseller margin, no waiting on a third-party publisher. Where your audience sits elsewhere, we buy elsewhere.
Inside this: paid media and advertising · e-commerce and shopping advertising · placement across the Cabanga network · public relations and features · SEO and AI search · social media · email marketing · events and roadshows
Prove
The verb the rest of the industry quietly drops. We measure against the decision made in step one, report on revenue rather than applause, and change what did not move. An agency that cannot tell you what worked was never accountable for any of it.
Inside this: tracking and analytics · conversion and revenue reporting · attribution · creative testing · monthly reporting · ongoing optimisation
Published entry pricing.
Two of the most-requested lines carry public figures so you can size the thing before you speak to anyone. Everything else is quoted against the brief, because a roadshow and a rebrand do not share a price list.
Web Design
Your website is no longer a brochure. It is your business headquarters, sales engine, authority platform and global office. Every build runs on a CMS you control, is engineered to be found by Google and by AI search, and is yours outright - never a page rented on someone else's platform.
Digital Marketing
Digital presence alone does not drive growth. We run structured, full-stack marketing that aligns strategy, media, advertising, content and analytics into one measurable growth system - and reports on revenue, not vanity metrics. Minimum six-month engagement, billed monthly.
Ad Placement
Every article page across the Cabanga network carries a dedicated advertising slot, and that inventory is ours. Placement is quoted on the rate card further down this page rather than here, because it is bought by title, cluster or network rather than by package.
| Verb | The question it answers | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Decide | Who is it for, what is being sold, what must the work do | Positioning, strategy, the written decision |
| Make | What is the thing itself | Brand, copy, design, build, film, campaign assets |
| Place | Where do the right people meet it | Media plan and buying, paid, owned and earned |
| Prove | Did it move the number it was made to move | Measurement, reporting, and the change where it did not |
- The decision is written down and agreed before anything is made.
- The work is made against that decision, not against taste.
- It is placed where the people who matter will meet it.
- It is measured against the decision, and changed where it did not move.

Tell us what the business needs to do.
Not what you want built. What the business needs to achieve. Book a strategy session and you will leave it with a written read on where the growth actually is, what it will take, and whether we are the right people to do it. No deck, no pitch theatre, no obligation.
Or write directly to sales@cabanga.co.bw. One conversation is usually enough to know whether this is worth either party's time.
