Start
Here
Ten ways clients describe the problem, and a list of the work itself if you would rather name it directly. Pick what sounds like you and the shape of the engagement assembles as you go.
- Start Here turns what you already know you need into a shape of work and an indicative figure, without a meeting first.
- Three ways in: describe the situation in your own words, pick the capabilities you want, or send a written brief.
- The indicative figure is deliberately soft. A firm itemised quote follows one conversation.
Tell us what you
actually need.
Most people arrive already holding the diagnosis - a website, some adverts, a bit of social. Start with the outcome instead. Pick whatever sounds like your situation, and we will send back an indicative shape and figure. Nothing binding, no pressure, no salesperson calling within the hour.
That is completely normal, and it is not a problem. You do not have to pick anything, fill anything in, or know the right words. Message us and describe the business in your own words, and a person will work the rest out with you. Talk to a person instead
Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want built, and being handed outcomes instead is irritating. Tick whatever applies. The brief will translate the list into a shape - and if what you have named is really one build and one monthly engagement wearing eight different hats, it will say so.
Your indicative brief
Indicative figure
Figures are drawn from our published build and retainer pricing and assume a single platform with one monthly engagement. Network advertising placement is quoted separately on application. Marketing retainers carry a minimum six-month term.
| What you say you need | What it usually is underneath | What we would scope |
|---|---|---|
| A logo | A brand system that has to survive growth | Identity, application rules and rollout |
| A website | A commercial instrument that must convert | Positioning, build, measurement |
| More social media | A demand problem that social alone cannot fix | Channel plan against a commercial number |
| To be found on Google | Search plus the reasons to choose you once found | Search, content and conversion together |
| Someone to just run it | A marketing department you do not want to hire | Retained department or fractional leadership |
- Choose the situation or the capabilities that match what you need.
- The builder assembles those into one engagement rather than a list of line items.
- You receive an indicative figure immediately, deliberately soft.
- One conversation converts it into a firm itemised proposal.

Tell us what the business needs to do.
Not what you want built. What the business needs to achieve. Book a strategy session and you will leave it with a written read on where the growth actually is, what it will take, and whether we are the right people to do it. No deck, no pitch theatre, no obligation.
Or write directly to sales@cabanga.co.bw. One conversation is usually enough to know whether this is worth either party's time.
